Job Title: Resident Support Specialist

About the Role: As a Resident Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and related services to residents, prioritizing their needs and preferences
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Manage medications and administer them according to protocols (if applicable)
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in senior care preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions (if applicable)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
  • Ability to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays
