Results-Oriented Project Manager for Complex Engineering Projects

Miller-Remick, a leading Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned project manager with expertise in managing complex engineering projects from planning through design and construction. Your excellent communication and leadership skills, combined with your ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing project plans, including scope, schedules, and budgets
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success
- Leading project teams, including coordinating workloads, providing guidance, and resolving issues
- Managing project risks, identifying and mitigating potential threats to project deliverables
- Maintaining accurate records, reporting progress, and adhering to quality standards
Miller-Remick provides engineering, design, and construction services as the Prime on highly complex projects for federal, state, and local government clients. We have developed expert personnel, management tools, and a service-oriented work ethic to deliver industry-leading solutions in healthcare, government, energy/power, institutional, and infrastructure markets.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering (minimum) or a related field
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing design projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- A proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively
