Job Opportunity

Maintaining our legacy of delivering high-quality projects to federal, state and local government clients requires a talented Project Manager.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for capital projects ranging from $5M to $100 M. As a member of our team, you will oversee multi-discipline design packages, working closely with subconsultants and department design managers to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope, scheduling, client management, and financials
  • Lead project teams from planning through design and construction phases
  • Report to executive management on project status
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Administer quality control processes and ensure compliance with industry standards
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing design projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Travel required to client sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PE license
  • Experience working on complex projects for federal agencies
