**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Director to lead our engineering and design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the engineering and design of facility and building systems for data centers and other critical facilities projects. This role involves overseeing all phases of project management, including design, quality control, staffing, budget management, and client interface.

**Estimated Salary**: $160,000 - $220,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the engineering and design team to deliver high-quality solutions for data center and mission-critical projects
* Oversee all phases of project management, including design, quality control, staffing, budget management, and client interface
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
* Manage and monitor project expenses to ensure they fall within the prescribed budget

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Hands-on experience managing data center/critical facilities design projects
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Architecture
* P.E. license/AIA certification or working towards it
* PMP certification a plus
