About the Role
As a Senior Agile Project Manager at Saxon Global, you will have the opportunity to lead multiple large teams simultaneously and drive the delivery of complex digital products. With a strong background in Scrum and Agile methodologies, you will work closely with infrastructure, SRE, and API teams to ensure seamless project execution. Your expertise in digital products, including mobile, web, and video, will be valuable assets in this role. In addition, your ability to switch between Waterfall and Scrum project management approaches will enable you to tackle a wide range of projects. You will also have the chance to work with software developers, technical and business management, department heads, product management, QA engineers, and other technology professionals. Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple large teams simultaneously
* Lead Scrum of Scrums
* Work with infrastructure, SRE, and API teams
* Develop deep expertise in digital products
* Switch between Waterfall and Scrum project management approaches
* Collaborate with software developers, technical and business management, department heads, product management, QA engineers, and other technology professionals

Requirements
* Scrum Master certification with deep understanding of all things Agile (Scrum, Kanban, and other methodologies)
* 5+ years multi-project management experience in a technical (SDLC) environment
* Experience working in a media technology environment
* Proficiency in tools: Jira, Confluence, Office 365, Slack
