Executive Chef

Mina Group, a leading hospitality group, is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join their team. As a key member of the culinary leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with culinary leadership coverage at all restaurants, coordinating and supervising kitchen staff, and developing seasonal menus and specials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with culinary leadership coverage at all restaurants
- Coordinate and supervise kitchen staff
- Develop seasonal menus and specials
- Work closely with the general manager and corporate culinary and operations teams
Requirements:
- 6 years' experience in a fine dining high volume kitchen, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Culinary degree preferred
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols
- Working knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
Travel Requirements:
Extensive travel required to perform the essential job functions, including travel to certain restaurants for extended periods of time, to assist with manager coverage during transitions as well as during restaurant openings.
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 /year
