Project Planner for Community Engaged Research

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Planner to join our team at Duke University's Clinical & Translational Science Institute (CTSI). The successful candidate will be responsible for applying project planning and management skills to develop resources and tools to support the coordinated activities of the Community Engaged Research Initiative (CERI).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and coordinate medium to large projects, programs, and research projects related to community-engaged research
- Work on rural health equity initiatives, including collaboration with organizations and healthcare systems
- Collaborate to develop and implement community-driven AI health solutions to address pressing health challenges
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, healthcare system leaders, and other key partners
- Work with the Program Director, CERI faculty leadership, and team members to plan and implement activities aligned with program strategic goals
- Bachelor's degree; additional training in Project Management or related training is desired
- Experience working on research or other projects that bring together academic and community partners
- Experience working in rural communities; knowledge of health disparities and social determinants of health
- Knowledge of AI technologies and their potential applications in healthcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
