Role Overview

Cisco is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Planner to refine our real estate strategic planning and decision-making processes, ensuring Workplace Resources meets Cisco's primary business objectives.

This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of Cisco's real estate landscape, aligning our workplace environment with Cisco's highest business goals through comprehensive Long-Range Planning and Real Estate (RE) Portfolio Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform strategic objectives into detailed, actionable plans for local and metropolitan theaters.
  • Unify strategic planning efforts by collaborating with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop Strategic Metropolitan Plans that align with Global Site Strategy and adhere to Portfolio Management Standards.
  • Perform quarterly updates on metropolitan supply/demand projections.
  • Coordinate with RE, Workplace Team Leaders (WTL), and Client Relationship Managers (CRM) on proposed investments.
  • Annually develop and update Metropolitan plans, ensuring clear communication of strategies to key stakeholders.
  • Offer analytical and presentation support to strategy and execution teams, enhancing the decision-making process for Cisco's leadership.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in managing corporate real estate portfolios in support of strategic business direction.
  • Working knowledge of Occupancy Planning and Workplace Strategy concepts and deliverables.
  • Exceptional change management skills coupled with the ability to effectively implement creative change initiatives.
