We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at B&B Concrete. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for smoothing and finishing poured concrete floors, slabs, walls, and site work to specified quality using hand tools or power tools.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, slabs, and site work
* Spread concrete to a specified depth and workable consistency
* Level, smooth, and shape surfaces of freshly poured concrete using a straight edge, float, machine trowels, and/or power screed
* Finish using power trowel; rub and patch concrete to meet quality standards
* Load, transport, and unload tools, equipment, and supplies required for each project
* Perform minor maintenance and cleaning activities with tools and equipment
* Responsible for observing and complying with all safety policies and guidelines

**Requirements:**

* 3 years of concrete finishing experience
* Commercial construction experience preferred
* Must be able to pass a background check
