Job Description: Levy is a leading presence in the Food, Beverage, and Retail industry across 200 plus Entertainment, Sports, and Restaurant venues across the country. We are seeking a Culinary Specialist to join our team at Camp Randall Stadium.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.
  • Serve meals or prepare for delivery by using correct portioning and meeting outlined standards.
  • Use established ticket collection procedures during service and maintain accurate records.
  • Clean the kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
  • Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required.
  • Report needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
  • Attend in-service and safety meetings.
  • Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.
  • Perform job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous culinary experience is required.

Working Hours:

  • Morning Shift: 4am - 2pm
  • Mid Day Shift: 8am - 4pm
  • Evening Shift: 12pm - 9pm
