Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Northeast region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue objectives and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, manage, coach, and develop outside sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Lead account planning strategy sessions to retain and acquire customers and increase business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to reinforce goals, objectives, and policies, and to ensure utilization of the CRM tool.
  • Collaborate with the professional services team and other internal partners to deliver high-quality products and services to customers.
  • Manage sales representatives' activities by evaluating territory needs, preparing and participating in sales calls, and approving proposals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by conducting follow-up phone calls, attending customer meetings, and working closely with the sales representative to handle any customer satisfaction issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with all changes in IMAGINiT and Autodesk technologies and ensure the sales team is capable of passing necessary examinations related to specific certifications.
  • Develop and present forecasting reports to senior management.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the technology industry.
  • 5 years of B2B sales management experience, preferably in a front-line position selling services and products.
  • High-level understanding of sales management, sales leadership, and the customer life cycle.
  • Proven ability to develop a sales region.
  • Ability to travel regionally as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Positive can-do attitude.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Year 1 total compensation (base salary + commissions): $105,000 - $180,000+
