Job Title: Director of Outbound Sales

Brook + Whittle is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Outbound Sales to lead our call center team in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, optimizing operational processes, and leading a high-performing team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales agents, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and results.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize sales processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members, developing their skills and abilities to achieve sales goals.
  • Manage the call center's budget, ensuring effective resource allocation to achieve business objectives.
  • Recommend and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in outbound call center sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience building and leading large teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and call center software.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
