Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams in providing technical accounting advisory services to clients across various industries, from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 organizations.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to advise clients on complex technical accounting issues, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, and debt/equity transactions.
  • Research and resolve complex accounting issues, balancing client preferences with the requirements of US GAAP.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 7 years of technical accounting and transaction advisory experience from a top-tier public accounting firm or a combination of public advisory experience and reputable in-house corporate experience.
  • Strong people, project, and client management skills.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex issues into simple terms.
  • Strong analytical skills, sound interpretation of complex subject matter, and ability to generate meaningful insights.
  • Ability to execute and operate in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to unexpected changes in timelines, deadlines, and scope of work.

  • Competitive base salary: $140,000 - $162,000.
