Kingdom One is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Associate to support our financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring the integrity of our financial information, and providing exceptional support to our Finance Director and Accounting Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and maintain financial records, documents, and data.
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, bank deposits, credit card reconciliation, month-end close, year-end reporting, and other accounting tasks.
- Collaborate with the Finance Director and Accounting Manager to prepare budgets and financial reports.
- Review and improve accounting systems and procedures.
- Provide assistance to the Accounting team with additional project work, such as reports, bookkeeping, audits, and special projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an accountant associate, with basic knowledge of GAAP preferred.
- QuickBooks online experience preferred.
- Experience working in various industries, including church, non-profit, and marketplace.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment.
- Proficiency in using accounting systems, including MS Office or G-Suite.
- Passion for serving people, collaborating, and being organized.
- Heart for serving the church and a love for Jesus.

Hourly Range: $25-$30/hour
