Leadership Opportunities at Crate and Barrel

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams of associates at a variety of levels, setting and maintaining sales, customer service, and visual merchandising goals and standards.

  • Ensure the execution and standards of the store vision and mission.

What You'll Do:
  • Directly or indirectly lead teams of associates at a variety of levels, depending on position, in setting and maintaining sales, customer service, and visual merchandising goals and standards for all associates.
  • Encourage and foster collaboration, cooperation, and co-ownership across all business channels.
  • Building a high energy culture of fun and engagement focused on service and results.
  • Ensure the execution and standards of the store vision and mission.
Leadership Positions:
  • Assistant Store Leader, Design & Trade: Lead the sales staff to provide training for sales skills and excellent experiences for all of our customers.
  • Assistant Store Leader, Visual: Execute on Crate's high visual standards and maintain the store's beauty and welcoming presence for customers.
  • Assistant Store Leader, Operations: Keep the stockroom of our stores neat, organized, and helpful to our associates.
  • Store Leader: Inspire, confident, and ambitious, Store Leaders lead and empower associates to achieve their sales goals and create an exceptional store experience.
Compensation:

The minimum starting rate is $18.00 hourly, with the potential to reach up to $32.00 hourly. In addition to salary, associates may be eligible for bonuses, sales incentives, and long-term incentives.
