We are in search of a highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist eager to be part of a dynamic workforce. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to source, identify, and present a shortlist of qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain a robust and diverse talent pipeline, both internally and externally, to meet current and future business needs.
- Engage with the team to gain a comprehensive understanding of job roles and requirements across key openings.
- Source qualified passive candidates through various channels, including professional networks, job boards, and referrals.
- Establish connections with potential candidates, providing timely responses and fostering relationships to promote the employer brand.
- Present a curated list of pre-screened candidates based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and assist recruiters as needed.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance by accurately inputting information into the Applicant Tracking System.
- Work with HR and Resource Specialists to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for candidates.
- Participate in recruitment initiatives such as job fairs and community engagement events.
- Occasionally travel to recruitment events as required.
- Develop and nurture relationships with business stakeholders through regular interactions.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates, including screening for qualifications and cultural fit.
- Proven ability in direct and innovative sourcing techniques.
- Strong drive to ensure timely coverage of job openings with qualified candidates.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to thrive in a matrix organization within a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit a high sense of urgency and manage multiple priorities effectively.
