Community Manager

We are seeking a skilled Community Manager to join our team at Commonwealth, a leading Oregon/Washington Real Estate Management & Brokerage Company. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of a manufactured housing community in Salem, including housing and utilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and deposit space rents and additional fees, and initiate eviction proceedings as necessary
- Enforce terms of Rental Agreements and Facility rules and regulations
- Prepare monthly manager's reports and maintain petty cash funds and tenant files
- Maintain common areas, grounds, and vacant and abandoned yards/spaces
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including mowing, fertilizing, and pruning
- Test swimming pool chemicals daily and perform periodic checks on playground equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of facility management and maintenance procedures
