We are seeking a highly skilled leader to join our team as the Manager of Portfolio Operations. In this role, you will oversee our state-funded housing portfolio, ensuring compliance, financial health, and property integrity.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage staff, operations, and programs associated with OHCS' affordable housing portfolio

Oversee federal and state regulatory compliance, financial viability, and physical integrity of properties

Supervise four teams responsible for monitoring compliance and performing asset management functions

Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including state and federal agencies, community leaders, and residents

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficient operations

Provide training and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties

Requirements:

Seven years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience

Or, four years of related experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field
