Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and improve manual processes through Value Stream Mapping and Front Side Design Needs
- Execute baseline process studies, including statistical analysis, to compare automated solutions
- Develop formal scorecards to evaluate the impact of automated processes
- Support required documentation for equipment and installation
- Contribute to Lessons Learned and Feedback for Gate Process for continuous improvement
- Work with buying sites to develop process comparisons and acceptance testing
- Provide recommendations for headcount, roles, and skillsets required to support automated systems
- Support training schedules and sign off documentation for site implementation
- Collaborate with onsite resources for formalized process evaluation and skills training
- Utilize Minitab or other SPC software to support process studies
- Develop Excel Automation and Reporting
- Assist in performance of FMEA
- Perform data analysis and setup automated data presentation systems
- Assist in the development of relevant machine error categorization and data requirements
- Work with the process engineering team to design and perform Machine, Process, and System stress testing
- Identify areas of opportunity for new automation development or support

- BS in engineering or related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience with test-driven development and automation implementations
- 2+ years of experience and exposure to QA/QC processes, standards, and best practices
- High-touch communication skills and ability to develop best-in-class communications and adoption systems
- 1+ years of engineering controls experience
- 2+ years of cost benefit analysis and new program evaluation
- 1+ years of statistical process control and statistical process control software
- 2+ years of FMEA
- 2+ years of machine/process stress testing
- 1+ years of root cause analysis
