- Recipe Development and Maintenance: Partner with the management team to review and maintain recipe books, ensuring consistency and quality in menu offerings.
- Employee Development and Training: Collaborate with the management team to interview, hire, onboard, train, and develop kitchen staff, ensuring a high-performing team.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef in a full-service restaurant.
- Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead and manage a high-performing kitchen team.
