We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Sous Chef to join our team at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality food and beverage experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the preparation and presentation of food and beverages in a high-volume theme park setting.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to meet the needs of our guests and the park's culinary operations.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of food and supplies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Train and develop culinary staff to ensure excellent service and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events, promotions, and seasonal changes.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Culinary or Baking and Pastry program.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
