Regulatory Compliance Expert

Kforce is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team in Beaverton, OR. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring our company adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Responsibilities:- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to our operations
- Develop and maintain compliance procedures to align with current standards
- Provide guidance and training to employees on their responsibilities and obligations to maintain compliance
- Prepare regular reports on compliance activities, issues, and resolutions
- Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8-9 years of directly relevant work experience
- CFE - Certified Fraud Examiner certification is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with NYC (Know Your Customer) Verification Service is a plus
- Understanding of bribery and corruption risks
- Understanding of 3rd party risks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
- Must be local and able to come on site at Beaverton WHQ Mon-Thurs with optional WFH Fridays
