Job Overview

Insurance Lounge, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Group Benefits Agent to drive sales and provide exceptional service to employer groups. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling group medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as providing expert guidance and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Client Service: Provide unparalleled customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Plan Administration: Assist clients in navigating and administering their plans, offering expert guidance and support.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively prospect and cultivate new leads, leveraging your knowledge of the market and employer needs.
Requirements
  • Oregon Health Insurance License: A non-negotiable requirement to operate within the state's regulatory framework.
  • Expertise in Level Funded Plans: Preferred experience in handling level funded plans, showcasing a nuanced understanding of this specialized plan type.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record in successful sales, preferably within the insurance or benefits sector.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information and build rapport.
  • Technology Skills: Comfortability using and learning technology and systems are a mandatory requirement of this job.
