Requirements:
  • Over 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles, such as CTO or similar, with a robust background in product management, particularly in mathematical optimization or related fields.
  • Advanced degree (MSc or PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related technical discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and commercializing innovative technology products, with a proven ability to drive growth and profitability.
  • Extensive knowledge of mathematical optimization algorithms and modeling languages (e.g., GAMS, AMPL), and their practical applications.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a talent for inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make decisions effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:

$250,000-$300,000 base salary + bonus + equity package. Benefits may include health, vision, dental, PTO, and 401k.

This is a full-time, direct hire, remote position.
