Key Responsibilities
  • Site Analysis and Assessment: Conduct thorough site analysis and assessments for proposed land development projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Engineering Design: Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and drawings for land development projects, ensuring high standards for quality.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surveyors, architects, and environmental engineers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and perform calculations related to grading, stormwater management, and utility design.
  • Project Management: Provide technical expertise during the construction phase, addressing challenges and ensuring project success.
  • Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings and presentations to convey engineering concepts and project updates.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Certification: Professional Engineer (PE) license.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of local and state land development regulations.
