Legal Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Compliance Specialist to join our team at 24 Seven Talent. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our company adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Due Diligence and Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide guidance to ensure ethical and legal conduct across our 3rd party relationships.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to our operations and update compliance procedures accordingly.
  • Compliance Training and Awareness: Ensure that employees are aware of their responsibilities and obligations to maintain compliance.
  • Reporting and Contract Review: Prepare regular reports on compliance activities, issues, and resolutions, and review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of laws, regulations, and industry standards, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.
