Manufacturing Technician

FormFactor is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Beaverton, OR. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling small probe products within time and quality requirements, performing electro-mechanical assembly operations, and applying acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble microelectronics components using epoxy and UV curing
- Perform assembly and testing of probe tips
- Soldering very small coax high frequency probe
- Read and comprehend documentation, drawings, and bills of materials
- Maintain accurate and complete paperwork requirements
- Identify and communicate quality/production related issues or bottlenecks
- Participate in ongoing process improvements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with small parts assembly
- At least 2 years of production experience in microscope assembly
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing environment
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the operation of complex mechanical equipment
- Soldering skill required
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Working knowledge of mechanical assembly practices
- Ability to use a digital microscope
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ideal candidate will be able to sit and work on microscope operations for extended periods of time, perform detailed visual inspection, and work with hazardous materials and chemicals. The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 10-15lbs, walk long distances, and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements is also required.
