Job Title: Manufacturing Technician II

FormFactor is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician II to join our team in Beaverton, OR. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling small probe products with high precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble microelectronics components using epoxy and UV curing
  • Perform tip attach, lap, and grind, planarity, and force, RC test, and OQC inspection
  • Use grinding equipment to flat and coax to meet customer specifications
  • Solder small coax high-frequency probes
  • Read and comprehend documentation, drawings, and bills of materials
  • Perform incoming and outgoing inspection of parts and coupons
  • Maintain accurate and complete paperwork requirements
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with small parts assembly
  • At least 3 years of production experience in microscope assembly
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operating complex mechanical equipment
  • Soldering skill required
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills
  • Working knowledge of mechanical assembly practices
  • Ability to use a digital microscope
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will be able to sit and work on microscope operations for extended periods of time. Ability to perform detailed visual inspection and various tool-related operation tasks is also required.
