Swing Shift Electronics Manufacturing Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to support the production of electronics components in a lean manufacturing environment. As an Electronics Assembly Specialist, you will work closely with our team to ensure high-quality assemblies and meet compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Using a torque screwdriver to fasten components into place.
- Operating an arbor press to press pins into place on an assembly.
- Working under a microscope to place and adjust small components.
- Using tweezers to pick up, place, and manipulate small components.
- Performing work in a laminar flow hood.
- Possible operation of a basic test system to gather pass/fail information from assemblies.
Work Environment
This is an electronics manufacturing facility with a lean manufacturing environment and some areas in cleanroom condition.
