Job Overview

Cosmetic Physician Partners is expanding its network of physician-led aesthetic clinics across the United States. We are currently in search of a Patient Care Coordinator to enhance the operations at one of our partner clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome each patient with a friendly demeanor and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Deliver personalized care by understanding patient requirements and facilitating smooth transitions to the appropriate medical personnel.
  • Ensure patient comfort in the waiting area, providing timely updates on any delays and maintaining a tidy and organized space.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all services offered, including pricing, procedure durations, and post-care instructions.
  • Manage patient records meticulously, verifying and updating demographic information accurately.
  • Prepare charts for healthcare providers and ensure proper classification of patients using the designated management system.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling efficiently, working alongside providers to meet patient needs.
  • Oversee payment collection and posting, adhering to cash handling procedures and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Respond to patient inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring all communications are handled in a timely manner.
  • Distribute and collect necessary documentation, including consent forms and pre-operative instructions.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times, setting a standard for the team in both presentation and conduct.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with healthcare providers and team members to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Assist colleagues with tasks as needed to ensure the efficiency and quality of patient care.
  • Uphold the highest level of patient confidentiality by strictly following HIPAA regulations and all policies regarding Protected Health Information (PHI).
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding communication skills with a focus on patient-centered service.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing appointments and patient records effectively.
  • Ability to maintain composure in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities gracefully.
  • Previous experience in medical reception or similar roles is preferred.
