Job Summary

At Shared Practices Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initial Patient Contact: Answer incoming calls and serve as the first point of contact for new leads, ensuring a seamless and informative experience.
  • Patient Journey Management: Coordinate patient care from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain lasting relationships with patients, providing guidance and support throughout their treatment journey.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Team Lead/Implant Consultant with practice management responsibilities, including bill pay, email management, and patient record maintenance.
Requirements
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
