Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues related to self-service experiences, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Your key responsibilities will include navigating customers through the process of submitting an order through our self-service portal, answering inquiries regarding customers' accounts, processing orders and pick-ups, handling calls from our customer service queue, and performing other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of experience in a similar field. You should also possess knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), federal regulatory guidelines, and organizational objectives. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets is essential, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Physical DemandsThis role requires sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer for a considerable amount of time, with occasional walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping. Lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs may be required occasionally.
