We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed professional to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide prompt and accurate customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication with our team and clients.
- Stay up-to-date on product changes, licensing requirements, and technical developments to provide expert advice and support.
Requirements:
- Property & Casualty license (required)
- Life and Health license (required)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
