Training and Curriculum Developer

The Tesla Semi Service Training Team is seeking a skilled Training and Curriculum Developer to contribute to the development of innovative training programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, and have experience in designing and delivering engaging training content.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with subject matter experts to develop effective course content for various audiences and delivery modes, ensuring clear strategies and tactics to achieve desired learning outcomes.
- Support the Semi Service Training Team in creating and implementing training programs, focusing on user experience and efficiency.
- Maintain and revise existing learning products, considering specific audience, learning modality, and other learning considerations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgets while engaging with stakeholders to create interactive, clear, and error-free content.
- Collaborate with Content Experts and stakeholders to design high-quality eLearning products, including Standard Guides, Web-based training, and Presentations.
- Bachelor's Degree in a Technical field or equivalent experience in training curriculum development.
- Existing eLearning portfolio or ability to create high-quality eLearning products with prior experience in technical writing, web-based training, and standard guides.
- Experience with design tools used in a learning creation environment (MS PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with an open collaborative style suitable for a team environment.
- Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision or direction, understanding strategic priorities for Tesla and how learning and development can address skill and knowledge gaps.
As a full-time Tesla employee, you will be eligible for a competitive salary ranging from $64,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on individual factors such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes cash and stock awards, benefits, and perks. Benefits include Aetna PPO and HSA plans, family-building, fertility, adoption, and surrogacy benefits, dental and vision plans, 401(k) with employer match, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, and more.
