Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dog Trainer to join our team at Dog Training Elite Northern Central New Jersey. This role offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

As a Dog Trainer, you will be responsible for providing dog training services to clients in the northern NJ area. Your duties will include conducting 1-on-1 training sessions and group sessions each week, explaining product features and upselling when appropriate, and performing administrative duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting training sessions with clients and their dogs
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Managing client relationships and communicating effectively with clients
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as updating client records and scheduling appointments

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in animal science or related field preferred
  • Experience working with dogs and providing training services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
