**Job Title:** Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated professional to join our team at Comprehensive Behavior Supports. In this part-time role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disorders. Your contributions will be vital in helping clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs.
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
  • Provide direct support and training to clients in various settings.
  • Collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistency in behavior management.

**Requirements:**

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disorders preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
