Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain precise inventory records
  • Utilize SAP and other software tools for inventory management and transfer requests
  • Prepare materials for the packaging process to optimize workflow
  • Manage waste disposal effectively
  • Oversee the movement of goods in and out of the finished products warehouse, including packaging materials
  • Assist on the packaging line as required
  • Operate high-reach equipment, pallet jacks, and forklifts
  • Facilitate transfers to and from the Brodhead warehouse when necessary
  • Verify the accuracy of line flush drum weights and coordinate transfers to production
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the Finished Goods warehouse and Packaging area
  • Execute additional tasks as directed by the Packaging Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader
  • Possess specific vision capabilities necessary for the role, including close and distance vision
  • Maintain a clean disciplinary record for the past year

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Proficient in forklift operation.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements related to packaging processes.
  • Ability to interpret safety guidelines, operational procedures, and maintenance instructions.
  • Competence in drafting routine reports and correspondence.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Must be capable of wearing a face mask respirator and other necessary personal protective equipment.
  • Physical capability to climb ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
