Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Production Packaging Specialist to become a vital part of our workforce. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packaging products from production machines into appropriate containers, adhering to specific customer requirements. A key aspect of this position involves interpreting stacking diagrams to maintain product quality throughout the process.

Primary Duties:

  • Package items from machinery in accordance with stacking diagrams
  • Ensure accurate packing of products into cartons
  • Verify carton counts and labeling accuracy
  • Conduct quality checks on products and alert the operator to any issues

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong attendance history

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Basic arithmetic skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capable of bending, reaching, and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work possible extended shifts with overtime
