Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our Technical Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing second-level technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our technical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support to clients, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement new technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for clients and internal teams.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring successful delivery and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in technical support, with a strong background in computer technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • A+ Certification preferred.
  • Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), Distributed File System (DFS), Microsoft Windows 11, Active Directory, PowerShell, Cisco Networking, Virtual machine software (VMware), Avaya or comparable IP phone system, and Remote Desktop Services (RDS)/Terminal servers.
