Responsibilities of the Player's Club Supervisor:- Oversee the daily functions of the player's club team.
- Inspire and guide staff to boost club membership and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Assist with managing guest accounts, redeeming points, and executing promotional initiatives.
- Support the player's club manager with operational and administrative duties.
- Provide outstanding customer service and effectively address guest inquiries and concerns.
- Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of supplies, equipment, and promotional materials.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience in gaming or club operations preferred.
- Familiarity with player tracking systems and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to obtain necessary certifications and licenses.
