We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FFT-CW Supervisor to join our team at Life Changing Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to non-licensed staff, ensuring proper caseload management, and leading the development of individual treatment plans with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision to non-licensed staff and encourage individual development and proper caseload management.
- Responsible for program admissions, transitions, and discharges.
- Perform ongoing case analysis through CSS and Notenetic.
- Complete comprehensive initial psychosocial assessments and assign proper diagnosis.
- Complete reassessments as required by the state and MCOs.
- Serve as the leader of the team to develop individual treatment plans with clients.
- Complete initial authorization request forms for clients, upon admission to the program.
- Complete clinical reviews as requested or required by MCO(s).
- Gather information for re-assessments and ensure appropriate documentation and signatures.
- Enforce program policies and procedures to ensure agency compliance.
- Be available on-call for clients when needed.
- Complete documentation for assessments and assessment scales within 48 hours of the session.
- Prepare and write accurate progress notes, progress summaries, and other documents related to services provided to the client.
- Submit paperwork for clinical supervision.
- Attend trainings and meetings as required.
- Requires a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling and be provisionally licensed.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule, with minimal direct supervision.
- Must possess NPI number.
- Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate orally and verbally.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines for data entry.
- Abide by agency's policies and procedures (confidentiality, incident reporting, FWA, code of ethics, non-discrimination).
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to diagnose individuals according to DSM standards.
- Must be able to develop and execute a treatment plan.
- Must be able to supervise and instruct non-licensed clinicians appropriately.
- Ability to obtain CPR certification within 45 days if position is offered.
The FFT-CW Supervisor will typically work in an office environment, but may be required to provide services in a community-based setting. Travel to client homes may be necessary.
Job Type: Full-time Employee, guaranteed at least 40 hours per week
