Job Title: Account Executive - Education Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Scholastic Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with educational institutions and organizations to promote our literacy solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and decision-makers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in educational sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales automation software
