We are currently in search of a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Account Manager.

This role will focus on expanding our commercial business presence.

You will collaborate with a team of industry specialists who will support you in generating new business while promoting a wide array of pest control and management services, aligned with our clients' business goals.

Responsibilities:


The primary responsibilities of a Sales Account Manager involve networking, building relationships with clients, and persuading them to utilize our services.


Our Sales Account Managers:
Identify and establish connections with potential clients

Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for prospective customers

Become a subject matter expert on our service offerings

Maintain an active sales pipeline; measure KPIs; employ Western's proven sales strategies to achieve ambitious recurring revenue targets

Surpass all assigned sales revenue objectives

Qualifications:

A customer service-oriented attitude. Exceptional service is what distinguishes Western from other pest control providers. You must deliver a high level of service to all clients, past and present

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment

A desire to connect with and contribute to the community

Previous experience in sales or as an Account Executive is strongly preferred

Requirements:
A High School Diploma or G.E.D is required. A Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred

A valid driver's license is required

Must be at least 18 years of age
