Job Description

Carrier Enterprise, a subsidiary of Watsco, Inc., is seeking an experienced HVAC Customer Assurance Manager to join our team in Orlando, Florida.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver post-sales technical support and training to customers and distributors of HVAC products.
  • Provide technical training on products as needed and handle high call volume of customer calls in a call center environment.
  • Provide onsite equipment and controls assessment and technical assistance.
  • Report to external customers, manufacturers, and internal customers on problem situations and resolutions proposed.

Requirements:

  • Physical ability to climb ladders, access roofs, enter and maneuver in tight crawl spaces and attics, and work in extreme hot and cold environments for periods of up to 4 hours.
  • Strong partnership relationships with sales teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Solid understanding of the HVAC industry from sales, installation, and service perspectives.
