About the Job:

The Maintenance Director plays a crucial role in maintaining the overall quality and cleanliness of the property. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail to ensure the property meets all health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the property remains well-maintained and up-to-date.
  • Lead a team of maintenance staff to perform repairs, maintenance, and housekeeping duties.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property's interior and exterior to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Implement cost-saving measures to minimize expenses while maintaining the property's quality.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, housekeeping, or a related field.
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team of staff.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
