Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Partner to join our team at Rose International. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving plant engagement and providing exceptional customer service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure completion of job-specific training
  • Partner with Production Supervisors to process production paperwork, conduct investigations, and resolve grievances and complaints
  • Contribute to efficient operations and maintain labor relations by accurately scheduling employees and reporting on HR metrics
  • Maintain and process confidential records, including personnel files and employment data
  • Support plant projects and events as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven ability to use independent critical thinking and decision making
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Passion for your work and commitment to customer service
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years experience in a Human Resources environment
