CNC Specialist 2

Align Precision is a leading manufacturer of precision parts, serving top-tier OEMs in the aerospace, defense, and high-tech industries. We are seeking a skilled CNC Specialist 2 to join our team and contribute to our mission-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including 3 and 4-axis mills and turning centers, to produce high-precision parts.
- Work closely with our engineering team to develop and implement new processes and technologies.
- Collaborate with our quality team to ensure that all parts meet the highest standards of quality and precision.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize our manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our customers' needs and requirements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in CNC machining, with a focus on tight tolerance aerospace and defense applications.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations, including programming and setup.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
