Job Title

A Technical Account Manager is sought after to spearhead our sales efforts and team through an expansion phase. The primary duties involve crafting a yearly sales plan, refining commercial procedures, and working together with stakeholders to gather market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Analysis: Develop a comprehensive sales strategy, including objectives, metrics, and performance indicators for sales professionals.
  2. Sales Process Optimization: Improve commercial operations (quoting, forecasting, account management) and go-to-market channels to streamline sales cycles and customer experiences.
  3. Customer Relationship Enhancement: Create new business opportunities and foster strong ties with key clients by mentoring and collaborating with internal and external teams on client specifications/presentations, and value-driven negotiations.
  4. Informed Product Development: Partner with stakeholders to gather and apply market insights to enhance product offerings and boost market share.
  5. Business Opportunity Identification: Identify and optimize relevant sales tools, technology, and resources.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or Business: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
  • Industrial Experience: Professional background in the industrial/commercial sector, air compressors, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related areas.
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 50% travel required for customer/site visits and trade events.
