ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Retail Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the performance and marketing initiatives of our retail location. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a high-performing team and ensuring operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Business Acumen: Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset by analyzing sales data, identifying market trends, and developing strategies to seize opportunities.
  • Market Strategy: Create and implement effective marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and drive sales within your region.
  • Customer Engagement: Shape the customer experience by ensuring that every interaction reflects the Lucid brand's values and commitment to excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team through training, coaching, and performance management to achieve sales targets and foster a culture of success.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations while maintaining high standards of customer service and team performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in team sales management with a proven track record of exceeding performance goals.
  • Automotive industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
