We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Stylist to join our team in Corte Madera, CA. As a Stylist, you'll be the face of Cast Jewelry, providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales.

• Act as a front-line brand ambassador, welcoming clients hospitably and connecting with them authentically.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, delivering exceptional, elegant client experiences and Cast hospitality.
• Proactively accomplish store policies and procedures, store and jewelry maintenance, and ongoing operational tasks.
• Provide insights to inform and evolve the process for future store openings and ongoing store operations.
• Continually educate yourself to thrive as part of a high-performing, results-driven Cast Boutique Crew.

• Strong background in luxury goods retail sales, ideally with 3-5 years of fine jewelry or luxury goods store clienteling experience.
• Passionate about welcoming customers, building long-term client relationships, and celebrating moments of joy.
• Someone who always goes above and beyond, maintaining a high level of integrity, initiative, motivation, and self-direction.
• Strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, acute attention to detail, and self-motivation.
• Proficiency with POS systems (ideally Shopify).
• Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with a diverse group of people.
• Polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Gemologist certification is a plus.
